4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- •Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- •Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringers
YT Tool Studio has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services for any user who repeatedly infringes copyrights.
We also reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in good faith, to be infringing, regardless of whether we have received a formal DMCA notice.
6. False Claims

8. How We Respond
